Name order in the application Form

Hi,

I am currently filling the UK naturalization application and I have booked the appointment with Nationality checking service next week. In the application form there is no separate row for surname and First name and it is just started name . so can you please advice do I need to start with First name or Surname?

First Surname
or

Surname, First name

I believe the form says "family name" which is the surname and "other names" which is first and second etc names. This is for the paper form.
