I'm planning to move address on Nov 01 2018...

I applied for British citizenship in July, but my application took so long to process and haven't received any information from Home Office.

Would any one please forward the correct application to change my address and the Address of HO to send that application.

I would use the address quoted for submitting AN application, per the AN booklet:
