Dear guru
I have submitted my wife and three dependent flr fp application to home office.
The application made as 10 route private life in uk. My wife and children's are in uk last 5.5 years and came in uk as my psw spouse visa in august 2013. I got Ilr last year on long residency.
I have question should I stay flr fp application or I should switch to flrM ? Please help me. Thank you

Why have you applied for FLR(FP) for your family and not ILR if they have completed 5+ years as your dependents

Daw Casa this my immigration history.
My family came in uk my psw dependent visa In august 2013.
In dec 2015 I have applied ILR on 10 years with my family extension. Unfortunately my Ilr refused and my dependents visa also refused with appeal rights. We all submitted appeal ontime.
in august 2017 appeal dismissed by court then I applied again fresh ILR with new evidence and along with applied my family flrho application.
My Ilr granted in jan2018.
While I have informed HO I granted Ilr when my family flrho application in HO still they refused visa without appeal rights.
Now I have made my family fresh flr fp on 10 family life in uk as dependents of settle person.
Kind please help me. We whole family in depression. Thank you
