Hi there,

I find the waiting time for HSMP approvals absolutely ridiculous. Is there no place or person we can complain to?
What if all HSMP applicants waiting for answers send complaint letters to the Home Office - or specifically to Ms. Jacqui Smith. You think they will do something about the situation? Surely there must be someone to complain to.
