After receiving child’s registration certificate

Hi everyone,
I applied MN1 for my son through NCS and you received his registration certificate now I need to apply his passport but I am not sure if I need to ask referee to put his details again and sign it... please advice me about refree section of passport form thank you ...

Yes you need a referee again for the passport application.
