To apply for a Tier 1 visa you have to earn over 20k a year right?

Can this be from more than one job and it is just in the previous 12months or can you show that you will earn this amount as you've only just started a job etc... ?
What kind of evidence do you need to provide? Pay slips?

And is this visa the best one to go for after an IGS?

The questions you have asked are very naive. Please go thru the tier1genpolicyguide.pdf from the bia website. I am sure you will be able to asnwer most of your questions after reading this.
