Urgent help regarding IGS

Hi i've an urgent enquiry.

I came to uk to study MSc. i completed it and got my dissertation result in February 2008. I asked my uni for a reference letter and they wrote the follwing on it:

"This is to confirm that Mr X has completed the course Y but has not yet been awarded".

I m worried about the last 4 words "Not yet been awarded". So am i eligible for igs?

I need urgent help since my visa expires on 31 may and the graduation ceremony is in july.
