Need Clarification, Please help!

My Wife has been grated ILR last month on the basis of PBS dependent visa after completing 5 yrs, and based on the fact that I am a BC since July 2016 i was going to apply for her naturalisation immidiately as we have been together in UK from May 2013.

I am getting some conflicting information, from some posts i can see that she can apply on the basis on wife of BC for 3 years in UK. But another post said their application was rejected as they didnt wait for 12 months after ILR.

Please clarify, if she can apply for her naturalisation now or has to wait for 12 months after ILR date.

Also, for to satify 3 yrs BC spouse requirement, i had one more doubt, do we need a marriage certificate issued from UK?

Please clarify, if she can apply for her naturalisation now or has to wait for 12 months after ILR date. She can apply now, assuming she's able to meet all the standard requirements...permitted absence, good character etc.

Also, for to satify 3 yrs BC spouse requirement, i had one more doubt, do we need a marriage certificate issued from UK? No.
