time spent outside the UK - filling in spouse visa form

Hi everyone

I would appreciate your answer about this query. I am switching from TIER2 work visa to UK spouse visa (legally married to my partner in UK and living together for last 2 years) so applying online from within UK. For answering "time spent outside the UK", I have taken few family trips (duration 1-2 months) so mentioned them in details. However, I have taken multiple work trips ranging from 1-day to 3 weeks. Do i check all entry exit stamps from passport and mention all of them in my application? I am using the FLR(M) form.
