Consent form query

Hi guys,

I do a query regarding consent form. Had a mixed reviews from everyone. As we sign all the three parts which includes dependent. Do the UKBA cheks for any debts or outstanding credit card bills which would effect the application for rejection?

All answers are much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
