Does is also fall under modern slavery act ?
Is she working for an umbrella company or third party agent? Did she have to pay a fee to the sponsor for her CoS? Does she contract or have to find her own 'contract' jobs??2. Salary she recieves, she has to give back part of her salary.

Might be a better option to find another sponsor and once she has a new visa, then report the current sponsor.
When did she get her visa and did she apply from outside the UK??
She got visa in Jan 2017 and yup it was from outside UK.
