Tier 1 Applicants - VAF9A Section 4.8 - Confusion

Hello HSMP Champs,

Section 4.8 is in tabular form and there are some subjective questions. We are suppose to fill in Source of Earnings with employers details in a very small column. Also Evidence of Earnings provided which we anyway provide in 4.10.

Can someone explain VAF9A Section 4.8? Especially first and last column.
