Salary (above minimum threshold already) raise before ILR (Tier 2 General)

Post by D_Torque » Fri Nov 23, 2018 11:47 am

Hiya all,

I have read a number of posts about salary hikes before ILR.

So, I had a little hike but my salary was already way above the required minimum.
Will that be a flag?

Here's the snapshot:
Salary on COS = £45000 from JAN to August
Hiked salary from September: £60000
ILR application in December..

Will this raise a flag? What can I do to avoid it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Depends on how UKVI views this but possibly no, given that the salary hike did not affect your ILR eligibility
