EC REJECTED BECAUSE OF 2800 POUNDS - FORUM --- JOINT APPEAL

Hi All,

People who got their EC rejected , because of 2800 pounds in the bank account for 3 months ...

why cant we make a joint appeal to the uk home office to reconsider our cases..

Please share your thoughts on this . we will work on this.

Do you seriously believe, they will heed?? By the time you lodge a joint appeal and hear back from them, it would be 6 months. You would rather want to sort out the maintenance fund issue and re-apply after three months !!

did you apply from within the UK..?

2800 GBP requirement is for applications from India so he must have applied from India, isn't it?? :?
