T2 ICT Curtailment-Dependant Child under 18 years

Hello all,
I am on T2 ICT which is valid till Aug 2020. My employer is asking me to leave the country during March 2019.
My daughter(14) is currently in Year 10 and my employer's decision will impact her studies. I tried to negotiate with my employer but nothing positive yet.
If i resign my job which has 2 months notice period , will they cancel my CoS and force me to leave the country? How long will I get to stay in such circumstances?

I've read somewhere if the depdendant child is of under 18 years, the curtailment period can differ.
Can someone clarify if possible?
