Does anybody have experience with obtaining a permanent residence in Indonesia (KITAP)? As far as I know, such permit can be obtained on the basis of, for example, an investment. But I would like to know a person who's actually been through the process (successfully).

I have a KITAP, sponsored by my Indonesian husband. But I suspect that wouldn't be relevant in your case, right?
