Job ID vs Job Reference Number

Hi Folks,
I wanted to know that in http://findajob.dwp.gov.uk site what is considered as 'Job ID'.
It this the number appears in the URL like https://findajob.dwp.gov.uk/details/XXXXXX
or 'Your job reference (optional)' while posting the Ad?

I recently had VISA rejection stating that RLMT is not done for the COS attached in which 'Your job reference (optional)' from the job ad was mentioned. Should be stated the other number from the URL(XXXXXX)?
