Tier 4 maintenance issue Joint account 28 days rule

Post by talkhome » Mon Dec 03, 2018 9:24 pm

So here is a situation:

My friend has Money in his account for the last 6 months and i am going to merge in his account.
We are planning to do this tomorrow.

My Tier 4 visa application is on 10th December using premium service.

1. Will UKVI approve my application or there is a risk i can get rejected on the basis of not meeting 28 days rule.

SO in simple words, money is there for over 28 days but my name is going to be added in that account tomorrow and then we will print electronic statement. How can UKVI found out that i am not meeting 28 days Rule.

I am asking this question on someone’s behalf.
I think gurus should focus on answering questions rather than pointing out what so e wrote in his/her earlier post.

So i created a situation where i supposed myself as a tier 4 student. I am sorry if u got offended

The simply state you are asking on behalf of someone else.

Members, who are volunteers, often look at users previous posts to understand the history and circumstances!!

Your friend has access to free professional visa advice from the international student adviser at their university. I advise you refer them to that person.

It is not wise or logical or even legal for you to take on this role. Moreover, your friend is unlikely to get quality and accurate advice here if it is third-hand.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.

You may see this post for wealth of information:

Banks have certain cutoff date for generating monthly statements which will show the names of account holders. Probably 20th or 25th of each month, you will have to check with the bank. I think you have very less time to obtain a statement before the date of your visa appointment, 10th.

It is always the best to discuss with your university visa advisors.
