Working as locums between job changes

Post by ilarious » Tue Dec 04, 2018 10:37 am

Hi guys.

I just need an advice.

I'm currently working as an A&E doctor, but have secured a job as a GP trainee, for which I'm successfully granted a new BRP.

That job starts in February. Is it possible to resign early from my A&E job & work locum meanwhile (of course maximum 20 hours per week)?

I'm asking, as I'm eligible for ILR in two years. I just don't want to jeopardise my case.

Thank you.

Regards

You can only do supplementary/second job if you are still working for your main tier 2 sponsor.

If you are not working for a main sponsor, you can't do any work.
