EEA Non-EU family member without BRP

Hi all,

I am confusing about BRP, I have applied the Permanent Residence card in year 2012, at the time no BRP requirement. So my husband and I both have no BRP.
Will this be a issue when we re-apply 'settle status' in March 2019?
