Assuming that this question is for Tier1

Will I be in 30-31 age band or 32 years band ?
- 30 or 31 years of age: 5 points

I have worked for 5 months in UK. Can i get points in earnings section for this:
- It does not depend on the number of months that you have worked. It depends on the income that you have earned.

Extract from tier1genpolicyguide.pdf
123. Where an applicant has claimed points under the Previous
Earnings points scoring area, for both UK and non-UK
earnings, at least £16,000 of these must be UK earnings
before points can be awarded in this area.

Here I have one query,Can I include my UK earnings in the earnings section? I had earned 15000 pounds in UK during that 5 months period.

Yes..
1. for the 1st 5 months show uk sal of 15K
2. next 7 months show indian sal (say x) using the formula (x * conversion factor as per oanda) * 5.3
3. Total = 1+2, accordingly check the bracket and claim your points.

It may take you approx 2 months to get your approval and visa (worst case; please check on the waiting times). Once you get your visa, you can travel any time you like until you visa is valid (usually 3 years).
