What is the procedure after Tier1?

Imagine if our Tier1 Application is approved......

I have the following questions now

1. What is the procedure after we get the approval?
2. Do we need to show the maintenance funds for our dependents as well before applying for tier1?
3. What does EC mean? When to apply for that?

Please answer the above questions, it will be helpful for all.

- Start working in UK. No more procedures then.

- Yes

3. What does EC mean? When to apply for that?
Entry Clearance. This was required during as the 2nd step of the HSMP process. Since Tier1 is introduced, this is not required as an additional step. It is a part of Tier1. Do not bother about it.

If you are asking us to assume that the Tier 1 is already approved, then what do you mean by this

You need to show maintenance funds for dependents only when you apply for dependents. Application for dependents can be made alongwith the main applicant or even later (when main applicant has Tier 1 approval / already in UK on Tier 1).

Hope this clarifies. Going by your questions, I agree with H above that you haven't bothered to read the Tier 1 guidance at all (forget about reading it carefully).
