Hello Guys,

I'm planning to apply for the Tier 1 Visa in the month of september 2008.This is because, I need to show the maintenance funds of 2800 GBP in my A/C for 3 months period.

I'm sure there will be many such willing applicants surfing this forum to gather details and doing lotts research prior to making the appliactions.

This is a call for all such ppl to make the best out of your applications for Tier 1 Visa. Request all such ppl who are aspiring to apply for this Visa in September 2008 to join hands, share their knowledge..post queries, share views and be useful to all in some way or the other!

I have a query.... I'm showing my Maintenance funds of 2800 GBP this way: I have 2 accounts.A year back, I had given my dad 2,50,000 inr.My Dad is now depositing around 2,50,000 inr to my savings a/c..Now, my query is - How will I show the Source of this huge trx??

Pls advice...!

Get a letter from your dad and his bank statement showing transfer.

Oh ok..So for UK applicants its 800 GBP min. balance and for Indian applicants its 2800 GBP..Doesnt seem fair ..
