Proof of residency for the last 3 year

Dear members
My wife applied for naturalisation in November 2018 and today she received letter for requesting last 3 years proof residency documents in the UK She acquired permanent residence in December 2015. Can someone help me which documents should be fine to show her residency proof in the UK?

Bank statements, payslips, tenancy agreement, utility bills, NHS letters etc etc

Since April 2016 she is not working. Does it affect her naturalisation application? Only have bank statements? Is it gonna be fine?

Employment is not a mandatory requirement for citizenship.

Did she receive any benefits??

Yes housing benefits child benefits since May 2016 but everything is online so don’t have any letter coming in post.

Print what you can online and phone the benefits offices and them for letters asap.

For housing benefit, suggest go into the HB offices and speak to them or ask them for something as they can see your HB claim history online.
