Read on varying leave. Figure ur 10 year stay in UK. Do you meet all the requirements? Do you have dependants?
Read this to start off with:

Revert back once you have some clarity..
No you can't. There is also no longer a 'premium service same day decision' service any more.wrongtime17 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 27, 2018 9:36 pmmy question is while I am waiting for a decision on my tier 1 entrepreneur (50k) application, can I use a premium service for the ilr application (same day service)..

hi aman,
wrongtime17 wrote: ↑Mon May 20, 2019 12:14 amhi Aman,
Thanks for the help.
finally, I have applied(varied my application) for the set(LR) long residence application on 15 th January 2019.by using super premium service at Birmingham, until now I haven't heard anything from them except an acknowledgment letter dated back 16th January 2019.
Great! Let’s hope for the best!
until now from January I phoned a number of times but they said "under process" do I need to do anything?
No. Don’t bother till it crosses 6 months.
I have referred the forum for timelines, but none of them have this situation like varied applications timeline.
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen people varying to LR and receiving answers soon after.
when I varied my application do they still consider my previous applications for verification.
ApplicationS?
They aren’t gonna assess the previous application as the new takes precedence. They would probably check whether you stuck to the terms of Ur previous visa conditions..
why are they taken this long?
I can’t say for sure as it could be for any number of reasons. Back log. Verification checks. HMRC. NHS. Police..Good character checks etc.
Although you can apply for super priority, the guidance also advises not apply for it if you have a particularly complex case. Tier 1 is a complex route and applicants do buy time by applying for various visas to reach 10 years..You may not feel you have a complex case but that’s doesn’t mean much..as they have a job to do. Some caseworkers may be more careful in their assessment.
any answers are helpful.
Be positive and pray you could probably request the 24 hr decision fee back. You could also check ur right to work in the UK off and on. If ur status changes then you’ve got the approval.
thanks in advance
The forum has a default search option.wrongtime17 wrote: ↑Mon May 20, 2019 8:43 amBe positive and pray

"They said they will refund it when they made the decision "
You could also check ur right to work in the UK off and on.
"How to do that .."
If ur status changes then you’ve got the approval.
thanks in advance
Thanks a lot your answers are really helpful
Can you please share any forum topic for varied setlr timelines.
I haven't got the search option in my login
Some new members are unable to search when logged in for some reason. We don't know why. It usually resolves after about 30 posts.
If you’ve received the refund then ur application has finally been processed for consideration. I think you’ll hear something very soon.wrongtime17 wrote: ↑Mon May 20, 2019 11:15 amMany thanks for the prompt response.
I have referred the link my case is going on in the same direction like the others .
In that link people went to premium service in old style .
Mine is with new service which is Sopra Steria.
Last week on 13th may I have received my IHS fee ..
I requested my mp to contact home office regarding my application still no response from them it's more than 4 weeks.
Don't know really what to do now..
