I have a question for one of my close friend he’s British citizen and he want to bring he’s wife from back home.
Last one year He’s working in a company and getting around £1090 per month which comes to
£13080 but that’s not enough for his wife spouse Visa.
Now an other company offer him 1 year contract
Comes to £1365 per month which comes to £16380
If he get contact with them and apply spouse visa with both companies Sellry slips.??
6 from 1st company and 3 for 2nd company can this work for him. ??
As required last 6 month sellery Slips.
Please advice if need any more information please let me know to share with you guys

He will likely need 12 months of payslips then.

If you have earned at least £18600 from both jobs during the last 12 months then you may qualify under category B where you will have to show 12 months of payslips of all jobs and bank statements.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Its self employment which can't be combined with employment. But if he has 6 months old savings in excess of £16000 then can combine with employment under category B.

Thanks for quick reply we are bit confuse in that case as you said saving 16,000 for last six month.
I just ask my friend he said yes he have more then 16000 in his saving account.
In that case do he still need 12 month payslips??? Or he can even use only 6 month and attached his saving account statements???
In that case if he just apply spouse visa with his
1st job statements as he wasn’t start 2nd job till now.
But issue is that he he’s earning 1089.11 monthly
If he put 6 payslips that will be £6534.66 will this work for him ???
In last 12 month he earn from job £13,069.32
So what can he do ???
(1) 6 month payslips with saving statements
(2) 12 month payslips with saving statements
Regards
