Post by shakqas » Sat Dec 29, 2018 9:30 pm

Hi,

My Tier 1 (general migrant) dependent recently recieved penalty charge notice for NHS prescriptions which is now paid we are concerned if this will effect her ILR application which is already due now?

also do we have mention this as a fixed penalty notice on caution or other penalty section in her online Set (O) application?

Your caution or other penalty

What did you get? (Required)
A caution
A warning or reprimand
A fixed penalty notice
Other

would appreciate any suggestions and advice - Thanks

A paid PCN has no effect on an immigration application and there is no need to declare it

Thanks Zimba for your reply

I was just concerned that if it's not required then why HO ask this question it just makes people confused.
