UK Visiting Parents - Proof of Home Address

Hi There

My parents are applying for Visitor Visa from India on 2nd January.

Do they have to take either property documents or rental agreement for the house they currently stay? That house in my name but they have been staying there before I'm born. They do have all ID cards and utility bills on that address.

Is it sufficient to carry Aadhar Card or some document to show as proof of address rather than property deed/rental agreement?
