LEAVE TO REMAIN STATUS ON BEHALF OF EEA CHILD / HOW CAN I BRING MY SPOUCE TO UK !! Plz Give me best advice :)

Hello everyone ,
I am living here in the uk from 2004 long story short I recently Got a leave to remain 10 years rout visa for 2.5 years on Behalf of my EEA NATIONAL SON (10years old) there was a involvements of Art 8 in my case visa was given by the home office not from the courts !

My question is that “ how can i bring my spouse to UK “do i need to full fill £18600 incomes Requirement? Or can i get spouce visa without it as i am on 10 years rout !
I have been told by someone you can bring your spouse to uk but it would be in appeals under the art 8 !!
Please help me with your best advice.
