Warning and Cautions for ILR

Good Morning,

I am applying for ILR this month(Jan,2019) and i am worried that i received a verbal warning from local police officer in October 2016, for a harassment incident after a nightout. I did not get anything in written or letters from police. Do i have to mention this in ILR application? If i mention, will it affect my ILR decision making?

Please provide an advice.
