FLR-M Sponsor not in the UK, please help, thanks!

Hi all,

Im switching my Fiance visa to first FLR. My appointment is on Thursday, but my partner (Sponsor) is not in the UK at the moment so he wont be able to attend the appointment with me, also in the online form they ask "will my partner be in the UK on the date of application", i answered yes as we didnt know my partner needs to go out of UK, is that ok?

And Im uploading documents to UKVCAS, but the categories are quite confusing, is it ok if i uploaded to wrong
categories?

I would be appreciate if you can give me some advise, thank you.
