a couple in uk the husband has the dependent visa . at the fist year which way is better for the extension,they set up a business company use the wife's name or the husband's name?thanks

Wife's name. After all she will be the main applicant and the husband has to be dependent all the way.

I don't see any disadvantage with the other option. At the end if they are able to prove that they are financially well off and they supported themselves without draining public fund, then HO shouldn't raise eyebrows..
