When to apply for the HSMP extension

Post by asifraza » Sun Jun 01, 2008 8:42 pm

Sorry to ask this question but it's better to get a confirmation.

Is it 5 weeks or 4 weeks before the HSMP expiry we are required to apply for extension?

This is what the BIA website says:

When and how to apply

This page explains when and how you should apply for Tier 1 (General) - highly skilled worker of the points-based system to work, train or study in the United Kingdom.

If you are already in the United Kingdom, you should apply to stay as soon as possible and before your current leave runs out. We encourage you to apply one month before your leave runs out.
