Company Denied to sign on 12 month payslip

Company Denied to sign on 12 month payslip

Hi My company said they they would sign only for 3 latest payslips, Not more than that in any case, I asked the sign is required for loan, the salary certificate dosen't show the overtime, oncall and othr claims, any suggestions how to proceed now???

If there is a company policy not to sign pay certificates older than 3 months, it is a very stupid rule. You are asking them to sign something that is correct, I wonder why they would restrain. For genuine home loans you do require signed and stamped certificates.

Threaten them that you would resign!!
