**URGENT HELP** Is there any way we can fast track FLR(FP) **FAMILY MEDICAL EMERGENCY**

Post by travelport1 » Sun Sep 02, 2018 3:00 pm

**SITUATION**

I have applied my wife visa FLR(FP) on basis of British spouse and 2 children

Need help and advice (any experience) how we can get decision quickly as her father is critically ill in Pakistan.

Some main points

*Applied via post FLR (FP)
*Visa application posted by Royal Mail Special delivery on 03.08.2018 (FRIDAY).
*Visa expired on 04.08.2015 (SATURDAY)
*Application was delivered by Royal Mail Special delivery on 06-08-2018 (MONDAY).
*Fee deducted on 07-08-2018 or 08-08-2018.
*Still waiting for Acknowledgement letter/ Biometric letter

**QUESTION**

1) Do you think local MP can assist by any mean?
2) If we plan to withdraw application and apply via premium service then what will be course of action and what problems we might face REMEMBER VISA ALREADY EXPIRED ( any experience)
3) Any other idea?

Many thanks and regards

Muhammad

Sorry I have no idea. Have you tried asking a lawyer or calling citizens advice? There must be a way around it

There is no 'fast track' for FLR(FP) applications, which are generally considered to be complex. Why doesn't your wife qualify for FLR(M) :?:

Possibly an ex-student or from a tier visa category that why going via the FLR(FP) route.

Do you have medical evidence of this critical ill condition?

Thanks for every one
@Casa my wife does not qualify for FLR(M) because I was unable to earn £18600

@Londoner007 yes I can provide medical evidence my father in well-known hospital

What you guys think is there any way we withdraw postal application and apply with premium service? what will be course of action and what problems we might face REMEMBER VISA ALREADY EXPIRED

A FLR(FP) application is considered to be complex and won't be decided at a PSC.

FLR(FP) Application Falls outside HO Normal Service Standards

Post by travelport1 » Sun Jan 13, 2019 3:23 pm

Hello Everyone,
I have applied my FLR FP for my wife and still waiting for decision for my wife. I am explaining my situation using points.
1. I have applied for my wife FLR FP in 1st week of August 2018.
2. My wife is in UK since September 2013 and we are planning to apply ILR on 10 year basis in 2023.
3. I and my two children (1 and 4 year old) have British passport.
4. Reason for applying the FLR FP instead of FLR M are
a. Income below £18600
b. Claiming benefits ( working/child tax credit , housing, child benefits)
5. Received biometric enrolment letter, HOME OFFICE said "your application raises issues relating to the European Convention on Human Rights which are complex in nature. As such, it falls outside our normal service standards for deciding leave to remain applications. Please be assured that we will make a decision on your case as quickly as possible."

My Questions are
1. Is this normal to receive this letter for FLR FP application?
2. How long it may take to get visa? It’s already 5 months (Specially if someone have received this letter).
Many thanks

Why have you registered a second username to ask the same question again??? This is not permitted on the forum.

You may try again in a few seconds.** may be something wrong with the system at that time therefore I tried to make 2nd ID and post again

can you please help me to get some response to the post
Thanks and Regards

Hello CR001 (Moderator)
Unfortunately I have not received any response for my post. Can you direct me to any FLR (FP) time line in this forum?
Regards
