Applying for registration certificate

Post by Miraclegirl » Mon Jan 14, 2019 10:18 am

Hi everyone,
Please I urgently need your advice.
I’m Eu citizen recently moved to Uk, am about to apply for my registration certificate using the paper form.
Please how can I include a non eu dependent child to my application?

Do I need to fill in fm form for her?

Thanks you for your advice.
Regards
Miracle.
