I am on Teir 2 general visa and will be eligible to apply for IRL in March 2019. My wife came with me as Tier 2 dependent and now we have 2 sons as Tier 2 depenedents as well which was born in England.
My Questions are:
1. My sons Tier 2 dependent visa will that remain valid if i get ILR or their visa becomes invalid as they born in England and i need to apply for their nationality immediately?
2. Is there any limit on money you need to maintain in bank account for ILR ?
3. My wife need to complete her 5 year period to be eligible for IRL can she apply for another 3 year
extension on same Tier 2 dependent visa ?
4. Is it possible to have the ILR decision on same day and how much is the fee ?

1. Visas remain valid.
2. No.
3. She needs 5 years on pbs dependent visa to qualify for ILR. If she doesn't have 5 years, she has to apply for a PBS dependent extension for a further 3 years. As you don't state the date she got her visa, it is impossible to advise.
4. There is no longer a same day decision premium service.

Thank you very much CR001 for prompt reply.
1. Wife joined me in April 2016 and then we had to apply for extension which is due to expire in March 2020.
So can she get another extension on same Tier 2 dependent visa ?
2. Is there any other service through which i can get the result asap ?
