Date of receipt of approval: “Refused” 7 Jan. 2019
Reason for refusal:
I was drunk sitting in a car’s passenger seat. Driver had learner license. Police took both of ours breath reading however, my breath reading was above limit (57) so I was considered as in charge of vehicle.
Magistrate court fined me and also gave 10 points on my license. Considering this case, Home office given me date to reapply after 3 years from the date of conviction.
Is there any possibility I should send reconsideration as I have only one conviction during last 1 year and also the only one in my life time.
Members help will be highly appreciated.
Thank you.
