refund for delayed super priority

Has anyone applied for refund for delayed super priority services ?

Application date : 28 Dec 2018
Email on ILR decision : 25 Jan 2018

Super priority is supposed to be 24 hours and priority is 10 days. Given almost a month delay, i would like to understand how do i go about getting refund from UKBA for not giving a Super priority service ?
