Saving accounts and maintenance funds for tier 2 visa extension

Hello,

I'm planning to apply for tier 2 visa extension in about 1 month time and I'm a bit confused regarding the maintenance funds rules. I make more than £945 a month, which I can prove with my payslips, but I never keep this much in my current account. I have several saving accounts in different online banks + cash ISA.

1. Does cash ISA qualify as a prove of maintenance for tier 2?
2. Do I need to prove funds if I apply for extension with the same employer/role?
3. Will I need to prove funds if I decide to change employer and still apply from inside the UK?

No fund maintenance is required for Tier 2 Extension application from within UK. It even says on application form once you have submitted that you do not have to prove 'English' & 'Funds Maintenance'.

Not sure about ISA & change of employer application.
