permission to Appeal to court of Appeal

Post by billyblue » Tue Jan 29, 2019 3:16 am

We applied for my wife’s permission to Appeal to court of Appeal

I was copy pasted the Case Tracker website update :-

Type: Permission to Appeal

High Court QBD Administrative Court dated 30-Jul-18
for permission to appeal the decision to refuse permission to apply for Judicial Review and a stay of removal.

Hearing Status: N/A

Venue: London

Constitution:
Not assigned
Not assigned
Not assigned

Case results:
Order being drawn

Track Your Case:
Current Status: Matter dealt with on Paper – see Case Results

Tracking Information:
25-Jan-19: Case given a decision on paper
18-Jan-19: Application referred to Lord/Lady Justice
12-Sep-18: Bundle(s) approved
13-Aug-18: Letter sent to applicant/solicitor to request bundles and/or documents

My Question is what is “Order being drawn mean”? I have checked other cases that are online and only one or two have this stated on them. The rest are either refused or passed for listing.

Hi billyblue, i have the same question. My brother applied for the right to appeal and on case tracker he had the same 'case result: order being drawn'. I frankly couldn't find anybody else having a similar case result. It's not very clear. How did it go for you?
