ILR application

Hi,
Me and my family Tier 2 visa was stamped on 30th May 2014 and we entered UK on 30th July 2014 together.
1- when am I eligible to apply for ILR alone?
2- When will my family be eligible to apply for ILR?
3- Is there any difference if we apply separately, that means if get eligible earlier and family after 2 months?
