Tier 1 General Dependent Extension

Hi,

I would like to know how much IHS fee I should pay.
The below are my details:
I am on PBS dependant visa(Tier1 General). I came to UK in 2015.Initially I got visa for one year as my husband's visa expires in one year.

2015-2016 - PBS dependant visa(Tier1 General)
2016-2019 - PBS dependant visa(Tier1 General)

During this period my husband got ILR and now he is British citizen.
When I am checking for IHS fee, initially it is asking for Are you .. a) Applying alone b)Coming to UK with dependants. c)Applying to join somebody (a main applicant) in the UK. I selected option C and after filling other fields at the end it is aking for visa expiry date of main applicant. But I cannot give the date as my husband is BritishCitizen and I cannot skip also.
So what I should do in this case? And am I correct in selecting the option C or do I need to select option A(applying alone..If so it is showing IHS fee as £1200).

Please help me on my situation.

You will get a 3 year extension and the IHS fee is £1200.

I remembered that I paid £600 in 2016. that is my first extension for 3 years.
Now I didnt understand why should I pay £1200 for second time extension. And I will be eligible for ILR in one year.
Can you please clear this.

The IHS fees doubled on 8th January this year from £200 per year to £400 per year. So a 3 year extension is £1200.

Makes no difference. The immigration rules state that a PBS Dependent visa will be granted for 3 years if the main PBS migrant has obtained ILR and/or British citizenship. You cannot choose a visa extension validity for a lesser time.

Hi,

I am on Tier1 general PBS Dependant visa which expires in June 2019. I want to apply for visa extension.So I want to know when I can apply for visa extension.
Is there any time frame like only in that period I have to apply? or can I apply anytime like 2-3 months before expiration.

Please suggest me on this.

You can apply at any time when you are ready and meet the requirements i.e. maintenance funds for 90 days.

You will get a 3 year extension.
