extra duty hours and ILR on Tier 2

Hi,
I have been working overtime/ extra duties with the same fulltime NHS employer and is paid separately as PayE. sometimes this extra pay slip comes once or more time during the month, separate from the main payslip. all the tax etc included.
1- while submitting my last 06 months payslips do I need to submit these extra payslips also?
I f I do not submit them my bank statements will not tellie with my monthly payslips
2- can these these extra hours/ payslips raise any alerts or cause any problem in the ILR?

For ILR, only the base salary matters. Overtime pay will not affect it
