Spouse Visa ILR - Standard Application Submission

Hello,
I am applying for my ILR. I just went through the guideline for UKVI new visa application process. It doesn't have guideline for standard ILR application submission.
Could anyone please help me to understand how to make the application and document submission for standard spouse ILR application? Can we send the documents through post?

Apply online under SET(M)
You will be asked to book an appointment with UKVCAS, scan/upload your documents and attend an appointment for biometrics
