EEA PR Travel to Europe needs visa?

EEA PR travel to Europe

Has anyone (non-EEA passport holder)traveled to Europe together with their EEA sponsor/family with their EEA permanent residence card? As an EEA PR holder, do you need a visa for travelling to Europe?

Never had this issue with my EEA 2 residence card, just wonder if the EEA PR card has the same power.

Any advice would be appreciated.
