Application for c short stay visa under free movemeny directive

Hi ,

Can some one please help me on the below.

I am on EU citizenship portugal which i received on 9.november 2017.i was working in Kuwait since 2007 untill April 2018.i came to Ireland in July 2018 since i lost my job and wife and son are in kuwait.they have been living on the indemnity receive from last job from my bank account in Kuwait.

Working in Ireland since september 2018.

Will the below documents be sufficientfor applying C short Stay Visa under EU directive 2004/EC at Irish embassy Abhu Dhabi.

My wife and son is on indian passport living in kuwait.
My marriage is registered in Indian Embassy of Kuwait attested foreign affairs.
My birth certificate of my son registered in in indian embassy of kuwait.
P60 tax certificate 2018.
Tenancy certificate RTB.
Utitlity bill of gas for residence proof.
My bank statement 5 months in ireland.
Letter from employee saying i am a permanent employee.
Contract of employment.
4 months pay slip.

All that plus copy of your own passport and cover letter explaining that you are applying under the Directive 2004/38/EC would suffice (actually, you have extra supporting documents than other applicants have posted here). Good luck
