Admin Review Success: App. sent for reconsideration

Hi,

After a successful admin review, my application has been sent back to the original caseworker for reconsideration. I have 2 questions: How long will it take for the caseworker to revert back to me? My current visa expires on 19th Feb 2019. Am I entitled to remain in the UK until I hear back from the caseworker?
