Absence Criteria for SET(M)

Post by RayJay » Mon Jun 09, 2008 12:33 pm

Hello All

One of my friend has a spouse visa after which he can apply for settlement- permanent residence.

He wants to go abroad but not sure what is the absence criteria from UK for applying on SET (M).

On the other forms as far as I know there are some restriction like 450 days for 4-5 year

there is no mention of absence from UK in the last two year before applying for settlement on the SET(M) form

Any body please let me know if there is any such rules??
