How long does it take to get temporary Stamp 4?

Hi Guys,

Look, I applied for the stamp 4 almost 2 months ago and till now I’ve not received even the temp. Letter, I know that it takes up to 12 weeks but I friend of my just applied few days ago and just received his( with less then one week) even tho he was missing some docs.

I can not understand how it works...

Ps: I’m married to an Eu guy, so is this friend of mine... I sent all possible docs

I don't think that you will get a temporary stamp 4.

What application did you complete?

Was it Spouse of an Irish National?

I applied using EU1 form as spouse of an EU Citizen on the 22nd of November 2018 and received the temporary stamp 4 letter on the 5th of February, I think you just have to wait, They'll eventually get round to doing it.

Ah okay - I applied with the Spouse of an Irish National application.
